I am a licensed professional counselor with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and have been doing therapy since 2016. I provide therapy to adults and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and attachment disorders. I use EMDR, Person Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and art/mindfulness techniques in my practice.

My job as your therapist is to create a safe place for you to express your feelings and thoughts. I believe every client has the capacity to change, and I empower and motivate my clients as I follow their lead.

I was born and raised in Oregon. I enjoy spending time in nature and water, reading, and journaling. I love art and music, and utilize these expressive arts in my own life and in my practice. I am transparent, compassionate, and humorous. These personality traits influence the way I do counseling. We all experience hard times in our lives and I’m here to support you on your journey.
