One day finally you knew what you had to do, and began. - the Journey by Mary Oliver

I am a passionate and authentic advocate for growth and connection. As a registered marriage and family therapy associate, I value the importance of co-creating a therapeutic relationship that allows for exploration, courage, tenderness and challenge. I believe sustainable change is grounded in culturally humble and trauma informed curiosity, active choice, and supported practice. I am committed to authentic and uplifting connection with clients while we navigate the depths of emotions and celebrate pleasure and joy.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in attachment, human development, and personal choice. I am certified in dialectical behavioral therapy and trained in EMDR. Additionally, I utilize internal family systems, emotion focused therapy and narrative therapy. With a focused enthusiasm for relationship counseling, I use my education and experience to foster explicit communication and mutual curiosity that supports both independence and togetherness. I am dedicated to helping clients navigate conflict cycles and obstacles to emotional and sexual intimacy. I have person and professional experience with and the LGBTQIA2S+, kink/BDSM, and consensually non-monogamous communities. I honor the complexities of each individual and how systems of power and cultural context influence wellbeing. I am dedicated to continued growth in anti-oppressive practices and allyship.

In addition to my therapist self, I love reading and doing art, spending time outside and in the water, movement and dancing, and walking my dog, Penelope. I am born and raised in Oregon and I have deep gratitude for the abundant friendships and relationships in my life that allow me to be loved as my whole self.
