Hi, I’m Jackie! I am so excited to be of support to you on your journey of healing and self-evolvement. I have been practicing as a clinical therapist for nearly 20 years, and am licensed in the states of MI, TN, and OR. I use a deeply intuitive approach combined with evidenced based-practices in sessions, and believe the mind, body, spirit connection is imperative to healing. I have been trained in Somatic Experiencing, which is a therapeutic approach that aids in releasing trauma stored in the body, fostering resilience and self-regulation. I combine this along with training from the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP) to support those exploring and addressing eating disorder patterns and body image concerns.
