This support group is for adults facing a variety of life challenges around being BIPOC in Eugene. Support groups provide a safe, supportive environment where members come together to explore their struggles and gain a deeper awareness of both themselves and their relationships with others.
Support groups can help with:
Foster insight, self-exploration, &; self-awareness
Identify and express your feelings
Develop increased self-acceptance and compassion
These groups provide inclusive spaces that embrace individuals from all cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, &; gender identities.
