I approach my time with clients with an attitude of compassion and curiosity. The world we live in creates much to feel depressed or anxious about. From what happened to us as children to present day issues, we are constantly trying to process what has happened or is happening. I provide a non-judgmental space where folks can explore what comes up as a result. As an artist, I believe making art is a vital tool for healing. I offer opportunities for folks to explore being creative with art therapy activities. I am passionate about helping parents navigate identity struggles, and helping those who identify as women confront internalized misogyny. 

My counseling approach is integrative. Person Centered Therapy is at the core of my work, supplemented with Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Conscious Discipline, and EMDR. I have a Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in traditional arts. I am also pursuing training to become an art therapist. I continue to engage in my own anti-racist and anti-oppression work, and my goal is to approach each client with cultural humility. I have worked with adults and teens and am currently serving adults only.
